Bhp higher, car on share

I have a 2j at 527 bhp 600 pp 986kg , when a friend of mine borrows it, it shows up as 534 bhp at 600pp.
The same when I borrow his car at 533bhp, it show up in my garage at 525 at 600pp ! Are the higher numbers real? Is there really a performance difference? Anyone know of this ? ty

When I borrow a car from a friend in the UK (B)HP it shows different numbers for me in Holland, HP..

Edit: The difference between BHP and HP is 1.0134.
We tried to solve this issue when building up over 1200 replica cars. As different builders were in different locations in the world. Something weird PD did... PS=HP=/1.0134=BHP

Without any turbo you have to add 165 KG
The problem is WHAT POSITION you will use your ballast.

Example:
ballast -50 :
986 KG / 544 HP / 600PP ----power limiter to 81.9%

ballast +50:
986 KG / 527 HP / 600PP----power limiter to 79.4%

PD decrease the PP system when you use rear ballast . Depending of the car it's correct.
Personally for the 2J i use 200KG ballast pos +25
