Being Latvian, I though of suggesting a local track which has it's importance in Europe as a venue for European drift championships. It also hosts different national Touring Car events and the anual 1000km Endurance Race. It also has a place in the motorcycle racing history as well. It's a fun track to drive on, which has been featured in the game GPL as a downloadable mod. I think GT needs more Eastern European circuits and this is one of them.

Being American, I rarely heard of this track, but it looks like a fun narrow track. Perfect for use in Touge, Time Attack, or Drift racing lobbies.
I agree that more lesser known local and regional tracks (such as the many tracks in Eastern Europe) should be used in GT. Let people drive "Locally Favorited" tracks from around the world, not just those which are well known globally.

It's a bit like someone got Cadwell, and fused it with the original Oulton layout...

It's what I call one of the "low-rent" tracks. Mild death risks and the like.
