On his HBO show Bill Maher speaks his mind without concern for offense to others.

Tonight I saw Bill Maher in his comedy hour say women would rather give fellatio for 10m than work for 40hrs. He implied repeatedly this was regarding african-american women, and repeatedly used "rappers" as a justification for calling women "hoes."

Within just a moment of watching Bill Maher I felt he was racist, sexist, and fairly ignorant to the troubles of most, if not all, of the world.

I say "down with Bill Maher" and will from this day forth support a full boycott of the racist bigotry he represents under the guise of white american liberalism.

Discuss (after you watch the comedy special named "But I'm not wrong.")

Well I know alot of comedians who have racist and offensive bits in their shows (heck some have entire shows devoted to it) but that doens't mean they are so in real life.

Can't say I know Bill or have seen any of his material, so can't discuss on that.

While I don't know the guy in question, it does bring to mind some the old school UK comedians.

My issue is that I'm 100% for freedom of speech, so he can say as much ignorant racist 🤬 as he likes, just as I support (and agree with) your call to boycott and call him out for doing it.

Fingers crossed the consequences of his words will come back to haunt him.

He was fired from his original show that was called Politically Incorrect largely for being too politically incorrect, so I have to wonder whether that was the point of his act in that particular special rather than a Michael Richards-esque flameout.

The guy has often revealed himself to be a huge hypocrite on his HBO talk show. Personally I don't find him funny and I already try to avoid anything he does. That said I take things that are said during a comedy show with a grain of salt. Political correctness is nonsense and if the jokes made his audience laugh then good on him, regardless of how offensive they were.

I find him funny. Well, I laugh at him, specifically. The dude is nothing but a pathetic joke. He provides me with endless entertainment.

Oh, and you you forgot a BS spreading liar who thinks less of all people.
