Birthday Ticket

I missed my b-day ticket due to the PSN outage. Without access to my PSN profile, I couldn't get the ticket. Does anyone know if I will get the ticket once the PSN comes back? If not, if anyone has an extra ticket of any year or 1000 and an empty trading slot, could they? The ticket year I missed will be a 1967, but I wouldn't mind a 2009 or something like that
