Need Help please can't open sub account after 92 ( when they send link to PC says site is down for maintenance )

If you contact this number with all relevant details Ie : date of birth, email address, and you will need 5 friends names from your friends list on that account and a new email address if you can no longer access the old one they will set up a new password for you takes maximum 24 hours for them to reset the password for you i did it last week for an account i could no longer access.

Thanks for info already deleated accounts though been trying to open new sub accounts after 1992 the link they send still says site under maintenance?
