Anyone ever heard of these dudes? Very interesting style of music. Their current album is all acoustic with a lot of harmonica thrown in. :D Their previous album was all electric and completely different then the new one. If you havn't heard anything by this band, I suggest you check them out. 👍

I've only heard of them because they were mentioned in the MSPaint band thread. I'm going to take your suggestion and try 'em out. :D

Their first album (self-titled) was way better than the second one (Take Them On, On Your Own). I didn't know they had a third one out already. They're basically an updated version of The Jesus and Mary Chain. I found thier second album to be highly boring. First one rocks.👍

I know they had a song on regular rotation on the station I listen to around a year or two ago. Not bad at all.

Well I finally got their first album and I must say, awesome! I love it! 👍 👍 Thanks for the recommendation, CFM. 👍

Hey no prob, glad you liked it.:) I bought their 3rd album two weeks ago, "Howl". It's really different from their last two, and in a good way. Lots of acoustc guitar, some harmonica, a lot cleaner sound overall. Sounds like some front porch beer drinking music, a lot of american roots type influences. I have to give these guys props for branching out into some new territory and being able to pull it off, especially after their poor showing on the second album. I was about ready to write them off.

Really? Why didn't you like the second album? I really like it, but then again the only song I really like on the third album is Ain't No Easy Way.

Oh well, to each his own. :p
