Black screen when race starts

Hi every time i try and race online when the race starts my screen just goes black and I have to restart the game...........any body else having problems and is there a solution to the problem???

The solution is for everyone to stay in the pits while the race is starting.

umm this happens to me too. I just wait for like 10 minutes and the race eventually starts.

Usually I don't wait long,once though I waited more than 5 minutes so i just quitted and left the on-line race.It was mention earlier by others and it has to do with the system trying to figure where everyone is before the race...

Yes, this is why you need to stay in the pits. 👍
