I've purchased the above product so I could use one of my old dualshock 2 controllers, but I am having problems getting the PS3 to recognise it is connected.
I can see power to the controller as the red light below the analogue switch is on.
Anyone have one of these and know how to get it working please?

EDIT: It seems the adaptor only allows you to play PS2 games on the PS3 and does not function for the PS3 games. Somewhat ambiguous in the description....
