he turned his hi-beams on and stuff? was he purposely trying to murder you folks? Too bad you didn't get his plates...you should've pressed charges.

Anyway, that really sucks. It could've wound up like that 60mph head on crash test on 5th Gear. :scared:
Yeah he turned his hi-beams on as he approached us.
The guy (or women) must of been off his face, or had no idea what he was doing... i mean there is no real reason to do such a stupid thing on the roads.
If my father hadn't reacted as quick as he did, and swerved us off the road to safety, i believe death would've been involved.

It's a very scary situation when you have the fealing of death.

There are some bad ones. Tow trucks do good service on one hand, but there are some that are out there, just to rip people off. Taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations, just flatout robbing them. 👎
When they're there on my terms (IE, I called them), yes, it's an invaluable service. It's just my experience that they have a nasty habit of showing up and doing something expensive without any sort of input from the parties concerned.

Crook tow trucks stay on their radios, listening in on any reports of accident or other tow companies radios, so they can show up first to steal the job. They usually work with crooked repair shops and body shops, that they can tow the vehicles to.

It makes me glad I pay for AAA.
