So yeah... I decided to plunge into the bluetooth world because of a couple reasons but the main one being Kalifornya's up coming gay cell phone law.

I bought the iTech Clip Radio and then a ipod bluetooth dongle (which I though could charge as I used it but no...) and finally my SLVR (L7c).

Being the genius I am I figured it's bluetooth it will magically all work since there's so much hype surrounding this crap. Well I was mistaken... lol

Anyway, does anyone know how to get this stuff to work? Thanks

I was told part of the problem might be this...

iTech uses a bluetooth passkey ("8888") that's different from most other companies (usually "0000"), so the Clip Radio may not be compatible with your iPod bluetooth dongle.

If so, is there a way around it or am I screwed...

Forgive my ignorance, but what's this iTech device supposed to help you with and what's this about the california law?

The itech is a clip that can be a wireless bluetooth headset for the cell phone but it can also be use as wireless headphones/remote control for use with the ipod. The best part is I can use my OWN headphones not some ****ty overpriced ones. Oh, and it even has a built-in radio. :dopey:

See it here.

As for the stupid law here... the idiots here seem to think by forcing everyone to get some sort of headset while they talk on the phone during driving that it will be "safer"... If they catch you without one then you'll get sited and fined.
