Blur Photography: You've never seen anything like this before

I recently discovered one of the strangest things in GT5. I won't tell my secret, but I can produce a radial blur around cars when taking pictures of them.
I guarantee you that these are not edited outside of GT5.

do you rotate the camera while the photo is been processed? If that is the question, its normal I think
