Following in the success of G.T's guess the blurry car competition, i have devised a simalair thing, pictures may be blurred, they may be small sections of something, it may even be a hangman style thing, so lets enjoy it.. :D

It's nothing like a rally car...although I can see what you mean about the tyre. I don't know why it has such high profile tyres

I don't think I can give any other clues really, without making the answer glaringly obvious...

It's a production car though, the manufacturer probably isn't that well known in the US.
