Which is exactly my point. It's easy to go fast in a straight line with anything, but it's another story when turning.

A few mod's to a 1.8T Jetta will beat an NSX.
And a cheap turbo-kit on a VR6 Jetta will murder an NSX. NSX's are over-rated.
Who wouldn't?![]()

The NSX-R isn't sold in North America, therefore it's not worth mentioning.
A 1.8T with a larger turbo/intercooler/clutch/injectors-f.pump/ecu/sticky tires would be a threat. Some will argue the mods are not "minor" but considering they're all bolt-on's, that can be installed within' a matter of minutes/hours, their "minor" to me.
There is no debate when it comes to a road course who will win. (As pointed out earlier.)
I love the NSX, and I've defended it for years. But facts are facts, the Z06 is an obscenely better deal than the new(er) NSX. Especially when it comes to the cost/benefit in performance gains of aftermarket parts.

I do. I see atleast 1 every single day.

I guess if there were 1,000 Z06's in your city, it still wouldn't matter.
