I am loving my new car, and pretty much only ever race it now. I have pretty much upgraded everything I can on it now, and it handles better than I thought it would. Still needs some rigidity and lightening though.

Anyway, uploaded this video as I like it for two reasons, the smoke as I come round the corner. It still impresses me how good the smoke effects look. And secondly the crash, it just made me laugh. Gotta love the physics in this game, nothing compares to it. 💡



I included right to the end as you can see the damage it sustains in the crash. I didn't think standard cars got damage at first, ha! I think I need to read more. I gave it a beating in a race later too and the front all deformed and scratched up. No hints at panels falling off, but it was definately all bent up.

Haha, loved how the AI dodged you! I too love this car (hence my name) and have turned it into a drift car. I'll post up some replays when I get home later on.
 
I never noticed how well the AI avoided me, ha! I was too busy laughing at how dumb I was trying to find reverse and get out of the wall.

And M-POWER_FTW, defo upload some videos! I want to know what your setup is too as I would love this to be my drift car but don't really know what settings to use etc.
 
I just don't understand how the AI can do so well avoiding you in a race like this yet some moron in a sub-100 hp VW Van keeps ramming into me at 12 mph on the Top Gear test track?!?

I just discovered this little beauty the other day, I was just trying some of my cars that I hadn't driven yet.
I haven't owned GT5 or a PS3 for very long but was looking around trying to build a drift car & haven't had much luck building one that worked for me. I added a fully adjustable transmission & did all the hp & weight mods & went racing.
With no adjustments to anything other than the top speed, racing soft tires I noticed the back end would come loose pretty good, with a bit of practice I can now drift the crap out of this car, & win races at the same time, to make it a little more playful I'll run race soft up front & race medium on back.
This is now my favorite car in my garage & my drift car, with no adjustments to the car.

lolz bro epic crash if ur car was anylight with nos u be in outer space lol xd i flipped the volkswagen bus last night just like that. great crash dude
