My question is, how are people supposed to find 0 mile used cars?

Only from tickets completely randomly? Less than 1/1000 chance?

Different tickets achieve different results, also trading helps. For instance I may have got something from a ticket you want, you might have something I want. Then we trade. Patience is required.

I have many more 0 mile cars, however they're not tradeable anymore due to the 1m cr limit.
