I just shattered the historical Nürburgring Nordschleife records for the BMW M3 GTR Race Car '01 in Gran Turismo 4. I managed to stop the clock at an incredible 5'52.633 on original PlayStation 2 hardware and using a standard DualShock 2 controller!
• Car: BMW M3 GTR Race Car '01
• Track: Nürburgring Nordschleife (Free Practice)
• Lap Time: 5'52.633
• Controller: DualShock 2 (Analog Sticks)
• Tyres: Qualifying Tyres (R5)
• Tuning: Fully Tuned (705 HP), NOS used strategically on the Döttinger Höhe straight.
