Rebound: 7 F / 8 R
Camber: 2.5 F / 1.5 R

I can drive it well but maybe it s only my style corection , maybe it s not a basic tuning

I just have some spinning if i hit hard on brakes on late braking specially if the road has small bumps . I m not wild with her :)
(hope u understand what i write lol)

great stuff but i softened up the brakes a little, i tend to slam on them so it help me from locking them up by mistake

RH: 50 F / 60 R
your ridehigh is too low, rise to 76-80mm , you crashing down to the track-surface even when you braking at rumbling places.

Well, first of all, Hows it going? I just joined the forum a few days ago, but have been checking it out for a while now. Great information on here!

I just wanted to pass along my settings for the BMW GTR on the Nurburgring Nordschleife, the fastest lap that I have done with these settings was a 5'57.147.

Good luck! :nervous:

Tire: Super Soft R5
Brakes: 7 F 6 R
SR: 14.3 F 14.5 R
RH: 71 F 71 R
Bound: 3 F 3 R
Rebound: 7 F 6 R
Camber: 2.9 F 1.9 R
Toe: 0 F 0 R
Stab: 4 F 6 R
Downforce: 38 F 53 R
LSD: Initail Torque 15 R LSA 42 R LSD 19 R
Gear: Final - 3.353 / Auto 17
ASM Over-10
ASM Under- 10
TCS: 4
Ballast Weight 1

Leave ASM 0 and TCS 0. It will slow you down otherwise. I did a 5'44.526. BTW I have max ride height and spring rate 6 - gives the smoothest ride.

WOW, thats one hell of a lap on the Nurburgring, I will set my car up to that and see what I can do, thanks a lot! I love the track and that is my favorite car!

You mean that you have the car set as high as it will go on ride height and on the Spring Rate, you have it set all the way to the right? What do you mean "6 gives the smoothest ride?"

With the ride height set that high, dont you get a lot of air on some parts of the track? I am sure that you know which ones I am talking about. There is one at the start of the track and then there are two more where I get a little air off of them. What kind of spped did you get down that long straight just before the finish? I can get to about 197 on the straight and then that last downhill, right at the castel, I an get to 202, thats the hightest spped that I can get on the track. I have tried to set my final gear raito to get closer to the red line, but cant seam to get it to where it will have more speed in 6th gear.

What he means is softening up your suspension to a setting of about 6 (probably close to the LEFT edge)... this, in combination with the high ride height will allow the car to ride the bumps on the 'ring and hence be smoother and more driveable.

in terms of getting air, i doubt that the ride height has a very big effect on that. if someone has worked out a way to test that i would be interested in seeing if there is any effect.

I always thought that the lower the car to the ground, the more it sticks to the ground? If you raise it to high, it seams that it will be more loose on the track especially when you are at the points of launching the car into the air. I will try it though, and see how it works.

sure, there will be differences in the way the car handles, but for bumpy tracks i find that i raised and softened setting often helps.

I just tried youre settings, boy what a differance. It will take me a few laps to get used to those. The settings that I had before made the car really stiff and all you had to do was look at the steering wheel and it would pretty much turn. Big differance in the way the car handles now, have you noticed that on those settings that durning braking the front end seams to dive a lot? The next time, I think I am going to add a little weight to the rear end to see if that will help any. I saved youre settings in the B section and still have mine in A. I am going to try and use a little bit of youres and a little bit of mine and see what happens. 👍

I did a 5'44.526. Updated the screenshot in previous post. This ride was really on my limit.

Here´s my suspension settings
Spring rate 6.9 6.0
Ride Height 100 105
Damper Bounce 3 3
Damper Rebound 6 6
Camper angle 3.0 1.5
Toe angle 1 -1
Stabiliser 7 3
