Hello,

I am now doing the FGT championship, and i set my Pit strategy like this:

Pit-in Strength level - 40%.

My bob pits one time, and right after he leaves the pits into the track, the pit light lights up again, he has enough Fuel to finish the race and the tyres are brand new, i cancel the pit, and one lap after, the light comes again, until i remove my Pit strategy ...

Any tips? I want to leave bob doing some endurance races when i go to bed, but i dont want him to pit every single lap..

My bobs are doing this too, not all The time but every now and then after a pit stop, they will go back and keep pitting unless I cancel them . Only noticed in races with multiple drivers . It's really weird .

Change Pit-in Strength to 0%. It is completely unnecessary and he will pit when he need new tyres or when he's out of fuel.

my championship is for a Single bob, no more bobs needed here, and still he wants to pit the whole time lol...

this is really, really simple.

you've got your b-spec drivers set to pit when their strength is at 40%.
so when it gets that low, they're going to pit. when they pit and get their tires changed and refueled, they leave the pit, but unless another driver has taken over for them, they're still below 40% strength, so they're going to pit again. and again. and again. and again.

if it's a single driver race, turn that off. that option is for endurance races and for races with more than 1 driver.

drivers regain strength after they've been taken out of the car.
but if they're not out long enough to fully regain their strength, they'll run less laps until the next time they need to pit. and it'll become a vicious cycle of pitting every lap after so long.

Ohhh Now i understand, i thought the strength meant when to pit considering fuel/tires :dopey:

Because that's their name... didnt you know?

(Serious now: I think it's because PD called it B-Spec mode.. back in GT4)

Let me guess, it's raining, either Monza or Suzuka and it's always wanting to put on race hard tires. Especially when a rooster tail is coming off your car? You allow to pit but force intermediate or full wet and as soon as you leave the pit light comes on?

It's a glitch. I've seen other posts referencing this issue. Only way around it is force pit off for enough laps for the track to be dry and then allow the pit and have your guy suffer with race hard tires for the remainder of the race. This only happens for this car and this series.

Either babysit the car all 37 laps and cancel pit 37 times or suffer with those tires in the wet.

It just happened again, at Nurburgring GP, bob went to pits cause of fuel, left pits, light came again! :S now i am not using the pit strategy...

This may not be the answer, but I had this issue going on too. Can't remember which race. What I noticed was that because I was using a different tire set i.e. racing intermediate, my BOB kept wanting to pit. As soon as I changed my tires back to the actual race required tires, the issue went away. Hope this makes sense.

I had it happen in one race i was afk from came back saw the guy leave the pits do one lap, and go right into the pit and change drivers...i should add he was at full strength, no rain no nothing, then the next driver went out and the "P" thing came back on when he went out so i had to say no do not pit, and do it for 2 or 3 laps, before he got over the pit urge.
