I find that I almost never use this. Mainly because I don't like the idea of "trying" something that I can't reverse. So I end up tuning cars without giving this a second thought.

My questions for the group;

1. Why or why not do you go down this path?
2. And what cars have you found absolutely are improved by using this?
3. Any other comments relevant to this tuning ability are very welcome.
 
Haven't tested it. In old cars can be useful to compensate for the flex. New ones... maybe not.

I was reluctant to use it because I've seen people say they used to let the chassis wear down to make the car softer and grippier. So adding stiffness has a big chance of making it unresponsive. In theory, you can tune this out with suspension, though. And in GT it doesn't seem to add weight as in Forza, so it doesn't hurt to apply it.
