Bonus content gone after restore

I bought the DLC full pack and got the nsx gt500 stealth car and the gt5 theme. I did a backup after I got everything installed correctly and then when I do a restore to verify my backup is good, the nsx and the theme which were bonuses when you buy the whole pack, are nowhere to be found. They are not in my download list at the store (where I found them after purchase), and they are not in the arrow thats in game for installing purchased from store stuff... Where did they go? anybody know? Anybody else have this issue? Anybody have a solution? Whenever I do a restore, I have to go back to the store and download anything I purchased like the Gillette edge Camaro, or the gt-r stealth recently issued (not the nsx), but at least those are in my download list. It's a big pain to do that if I restore, but at least it's there. This latest nsx gt500 stealth and the gt5 theme are NOWHERE to be found.. Help Mr. Wizard! :mad:

I can't shed any light on this unfortunately other than adding that I've had a similar experience...

The Nissan GTR given away for taking part in the European GT Academy has vanished from my garage, presumably went missing when I transferred all my my stuff to my new console?

Not something that bothers me too much, not as if I'm short on Skylines but I've been unable to redownload that. :(
 
Yeah not a life or death deal for sure...but it would be nice to download them once and have them from then on out. They have been working hard on lots of "bugs" I guess. Maybe they'll get to this one eventually. I just can't figure out who to send a request to.:confused:
