A Micra '03 with oil change and supercharger provided a good challenge. Passed the leader (Mazda Demio Sport '03) just before the last tunnel on last lap.
 
Nissan March 12SR '07 - Racing Soft Tyres only

Total time - 7:51.257
Fastest lap -1:33.057 (Lap 5)

Passed the leader on lap 3 going into the second to last tunnel.
 
I set my power at about 75% of the lowest example and ran the Racing Softs. It was still a yawner given the fact that I smoked first and still had 2 laps to go ..... lol
 
I used the March 12SR '07, changed the oil and threw on sport soft tires (I want a bit of a challenge, but do I really want to have to drive this car again because I don't win this race the first time around? not really)

I bumped a wall pretty hard entering the straight that slowed me down quite a bit on one lap, and I still passed 1st in turn one of lap 5. Lap times were all right around 1:38-1:40. Probably could be done pretty easily with the March+oil change, stock tires (comfort soft I believe)
 
Pretty fun race with racing hards got a bit tight at the 4th lap but won easy in the end, the car handles very well
 
Also used the Nissan March 12SR '07 with stock tyres, hp boost to 130, and the flywheel/clutch upgrades... overtook the leader before the tunnel in the last lap.

Finished 4th when using the completely stock car from the dealership... was quite a fun race.
 
I flipped the car on this
I was coming to the last corner with a big lead so I tried to hanbrake turn around it. SRF was on so the car turned the other way, got some air on the rumble strip and hit the wall in the air and flipped :sly: Awesome
 
March 12SR '07. Tuned to about 145HP, with sport medium tyres. Waaaaay to fast. First at lap 3, with stock frog (I can't say that is a car) I finished 5th.

I painted mine bright green to emphasise the froggy features :D
 
you guys realize no real life road-car tester/tuner uses slicks right??
 
I ran it on stock tires, with Engine Tune 1(maybe 2?), ECU, Intake Manifold, Race Air Filter, Exhaust Manifold, Sport Exhaust, Catalytic Converter. 150HP or so if I remember right with stock tires and stock suspension, held throttle down almost entire time, using brake while on throttle to drag car down to speed for corner, passed first place car on last straight on last lap for win. Not that having good tires matters anyways since SRF is locked on.
 
Really fun race this, only upgraded tyres from comfort soft to sports hard

Passed leader on back straight on last lap, cheeky blighter had a wee nibble on second last turn right enough.

Lap times were 1.39s, if you try this set up its pretty important to make every use off slipstreaming and picking your passing points with care
 
Put a wing on for 500cr. and sports softs

was great fun :)
 
I put the SC on and has anyone noticed that on hood cam and just in general, the micra has the loudest blow off valve sound. It literally drowns out the engine.
 
sports softs aero parts and ecu remap: overtook leader on lap 3 then I was
just doing burnouts with the front wheels, until 2nd came around and overtook-
burnout-overtook-burnout was pretty fun to drive with the 2nd.
 
i used the march 12c 5dr 03 which has a supercharger & racing mediums(this tyre type on all cars i tune) & every other mod apart from dif/lsd/race suspension/race gears.. dont know how i can find out what my time was as i did it the other day..


i had the car tuned long before the event came about..

Bought a bog standard micra fr0om the UCD, just under 1 grand. Tuned it a bit (ahem!), painted it lime green for a laugh and got an easy win. Fun race!
 
This is what I see as a good fun race on Comfort tyres with a little bit of HP tuning. Sounded the hooter at everyone as I passed, this seems to help.
 
Dropped an injected 427 in mine, racing slicks won by...whoops, wrong race :dopey:. Seriously it was a lot of fun, for some reason, I am having fun racing slower cars after doing the super exotics.
 
Grabbed a new one from the deslership. I thought this was a great little car, handles well, fun to drive hard on this track. Ran with medium turbo plus a few other mods to make 130HP / 371PP. Passed the leader going into the first tunnel on the lap. No drama.

I had the premium one from an event I was running on IGN's boards. Went full lightweight, sport soft, sport suspension, close ratio 5 speed, and full exhaust rebuild (header, cat, titanium exhaust). Pretty well crushed it too...fun little bastard of a car.
