Dose anyone know if BMW has been nerfd in last update . Feel tottaly different last few days of driving signed on Tuesday . Tested the next day and it felt tottaly different .mental understeer and a tail happy ass. Did something change on Wednesday night ?

Yeah, PD fiddled with the physics engine and it changed the way that most cars handle for the worse. You’ll feel that cars understeer out of corners much more than they did before and cars that understeered a lot before the update feel awful to drive.

The plus side is you can probably drive really easy without traction control now so theoretically it should make you faster. Though driving without traction control is now much less involved and interesting because it’s so easy.

So no BoP changes but the physics didn’t do the M6 any favours.

Hope they change it back . A drive without TC but a may have to put it on , the M6 is proper twitchy .at least the tyre wear seems to be coming back down 19x wear was a little stupid . Cheers for replying to post .

Cheers mate thought I was going loopy . I drive without TC but the BMW has serious problems now . May have to go TC1 for the backend

GR 4 458 is awesome now not sure about the GR 3 . Always really bad tyre wear . Think a just need to do some serious testing with the m6 . Starting to miss my wrx lol

The M6 has benefitted probably the most out of any Gr3 car from the physics change

It's big weakness before was being sketchy on exit, especially from slower corners. Now that you can floor it on exit easily it's cancelled out that disadvantage compared to other cars.

Haha ok dude.a see the aliens drive this car and it's still sketchy out of slow corners and a don't see them on full throttle straight out of corners either but each to their own fella . Am not the best , not by a long way 1sec + slower than the aliens but am nearly 40 so am probably bong eyed by now. Good luck in the new season peeps . IGMOB

So then maybe i should try BMW again. The GR4 is my favorite of the group but I could not stand the way the M6 powered out of the slow corners so I chose the M4 the last time. Turned out I hated the understeer and it doesnt have as satisfying and engine note. I was constantly slaughtered by my fellow B/S (on the middle part of the group) drivers in FIA races. I quit doing GR3 races and promptly signed with Mazda at the next opportunity. Upon which I found out the GR4 kinda sucks on front tire wear!!!
Sorry for going OT. I know nothing about the M6- as you were.
PS. Appreciate your contribution to the forums and your blunt style. Keep it up and good luck in the live events. I reckon you are due a lucky car draw and some good results one of these days.

I'd argue the R8 LMS benefitted because it's now easier to drive WITHOUT TCS than WITH. Which I found very strange. That car used to take very precise throttle control with TCS off around corners, now it doesn't feel that way.
