Borrow Club Cars? (Resolved)

This is probably a dumb question, but why is it that I can't borrow any cars from my club's garage? At first I thought I couldn't use cars I didn't own already, but I tried to borrow a Miura (which I have), and I still couldn't take it. I can only view or test drive the cars. I swear I saw somewhere it said that cars can be used by others if shared.
 
You can only use them in lobbies, not in offline races
 
Okay thanks, rather useless to me seeing as how I hardly touch online :(

You can use them in Rivals mode and online racing.
