Borrow Glitch and Update 2.13

I dont know if anyone brought this up in the last Update Thread or at all, but, I recall in 2.12 we were still able to Borrow Glitch.
I was going to do a Christmas in July giveaway but it appears now that I cant do all the cars I wanted to do.
I tried Glitching a Chap 2J to myself but every time I get out it disappears.

Has anyone else experienced this yet? If so is there a new "way"?
 
How are you glitching? I mean, are you trying to reinstall and updating everything, or are you using an app?
 
GE, I never had a problem before.

Yeah, I as well never had any problem with that, although I haven't tried on 2.13 yet. But I believe my friends have been borrowing cars from me, so I'm stumped. I'll try and let you know if I can help any further.

Yeah GE has been working fine for borrow glitching since 2.13.. Just make sure you have the right version. Sent PM
 
"Gone In 60 Seconds" still works fine.
