Both sequential and h pattern shifters

Is it possible for cars to have both a sequential shifter say for up shifts and a h pattern shifter for down shifts? Cause i read something that said sequential is a lot harder on the car during down shifts so most race cars use the h pattern shifter for down shifts and sequential for up shifts. I just dont think it is possible to have both a sequential and h pattern. I may be wrong.
 
I am 100% sure that you can't have both. It's one of the other.
 
I agree with heavyq, never heard of such a complicated arrangement.
 
Ive never seen a rally car with an H pattern.
