Bought GT Sport in 2024

I had thought about buying GT Sport more than anything for its story mode (although it is short) and completing the entire game offline. Do you recommend it to me to pass the time until GT8 comes out or until they add more content to GT7?

Well as you said, it is short, so I'm not sure how much time you can pass with it.

We're getting new content very soon though, although it might not be what you are referring to by "content"

I mean more (offline) championships, missions, cafes, circuits, etc.

It's still enjoyable to play offline. The economy is alright as well, so you shouldn't struggle saving money up to buy cars. Enjoy it.

I understand GT Sport was delisted but if I got the disk version would it enable me to be able to play GT offline with no internet at all. I'm considering if this might be an option for when I travel in an RV and am out of internet capability as a way to pass the time if I bring a PS5 along....

Yes, delisted just means you cannot buy it from the digital store front. Otherwise it works exactly as it would otherwise for the single player experience.
