I have +$400 that I've gotten from relatives and I intend to spend it all in 1 (or 2) days looking for some sales. I'm hoping to get a new TV or computer monitor, sell the others (3 TVs, 2 monitors, yeesh).

But I'm sure with more ideas and impulses I'll probably pick up something else (like some much-needed RAM :yikes: ).

So what will you guys be splurging on?

Likely to go spend a bit at Future Shop. I found a $200 Logitech sound system for computer that is marked down to $100. 200 Watts for 100 bucks... not bad in my books.

That or a new discman (mine crapped out), as well as a couple model cases either way.

My girlfriend's birthday presents (1 month, 1 day away).

I really don't know yet. I usualy keep my money for a while until I find something I really want. It will more than likely be spent on another Xbox 360 game(s).

If you need RAM, get some. Boy, does it make a huge difference. My page file usage indicator thingy isn't even illuminated; not one bar.

Otherwise, Happy Spending.

I love it how everyone spends all their money at the big shopping centres. I worked today at just the local supermarket on double time and a half payrate and there was no one around. I took 2 tea breaks and just walked around for about 3 hours, then went home.

Iron Maiden - Live in Rio
Def Leppard - Pyromania
Dream Theater - Images and Words: Live in Tokyo/5 Years in a Livetime (DVD)
The Naked Gun trilogy on DVD
A day by day calendar of George W. Bushisms
The latest issue of Evo magazine
Pacific Fighters for PC
20 blank CDs

I bought a lot of stuff today!

Argh. . .

I wandered around The Sony Store for a few minutes, and nothing was on sale, which was pretty discouraging. As if Sony wasn't over-priced as it is.

But I did get a Ferarri (OFFICIAL!) black t-shirt, and was tempted to get one of the official F1 hats by that crazy long-named German company.

I also got Rammstein's Rosenrot, which so far is pretty good. It's sounds very "full" and "complete", and that's about as far as my vocabulary can go to describe it. I'll have to check Alta Vista's "babelfish" before I can really appreciate the lyrics.

I also got John Lowery's "Vertigo", which is a great album from a solo guitarist who's been very well-recieved by critics. He's got a website called www.john-5.com with some of his latest work on it. Pretty awesome.

Then I got a(n) [extra] Large team Canada sweater from footlocker for $90!!! $90 friggin dollars!! My god....

And some DVD about The Da Vinci Code by the History channel...kind of a docudrama about it I suppose.

Still waiting on the gifts from Europe, so I'm not sure yet...I don't feel like spending so much on modifications for the Mitsu., or BMW....I'll just have to look around.

I bought the following items today, and need more stuff tomorrow.
