Hi all,

Does anyone else have problems with thier load cell brake and auto calibration?

I have a ricmotech load cell on t3pa pro pedals and it's simply not working corectly in the game as the brake auto calibrates every time I press it harder, so I find myself in situation that I am slamming the brake but can't get more than 50% power.

Polyphony, software calibration is a must have for in game menus....please fix this as soon as possible.

Has anyone come up with a solution perhaps? I don't want to remove my load cell because it works great in other sims, especially iRacing.

Have nothing as fancy as that but had to adjust the rubber brake mod on t3pa (thankfully the range was sufficient to not have to remove it altogether). Brake range setting would be much appreciated but I doubt this will happen. (Even on some PC titles (AMS) the only option has been to utilize DIview to reconfigure the range)

Anyway, a thumbs up for the OP and the topic at hand!

Yes, I have the same setup, it took a while for me to notice, but I need to nearly put my foot through the floor to get it to 100%. Def something up. I was too busy looking at my erratic acceleration, i have to take my foot off and then back on to get 100%

I find my t3pa pro pedals (without load cell) do pretty much the same. They work fine after the initial calibration, but like yours they seem to keep auto calibrating with every slightly harder press until I can't press hard enough anymore (again like yours, to about 50% power).

It could very well be a game problem more than a load cell issue.

Hmm it seems that putting abs to weak helps a lot so try that.

Biggest problem is with gt3 cars, can't seem to get more than 50% strength on the brakes no matter what.

ISSUE RESOLVED.

Pluged in my wheel to pc and downloaded latest firmware from thrustmaster and it works perfectly now.

I have done this recently though (5months ago) as I was buying a brand new pc so really didn't think this is needed, damn.

Thanks! 👍 I’ll do that tomorrow if there’s a new firmware. I did the last one in April I think...

That wasn't my case unfortunately as I already had the latest firmware (v25). I was forced, finally to remove the rubber add-on from my T3PA brake pedal, for having the whole 100% braking.
