What do you think guys?

Personally, i would rather consider the CRZ being a true Civic considering the shape of the car.

This one, Im not sure what to think about.

The front looks ok, from the side is the worst part, and the back =/ im not sure.

I own a FN2 TypeR 09', and for what I know my car and the regular Civic, lets just say I would not have it even if it would be given to me for free...

So lets hope for better dynamic look with the TypeR versions!!

One things for sure, my K20Z4 is going to kick its little 1.6 Turbo ass any day...

I think it looks like a Black & Decker Dust Buster.

Aesthetically I think it's a bit of a mess - it's like they've taken a current gen Civic and covered it in various shapes and colours of play-doh. Bleugh.

Pontiac lives!
Vibe + insight = bad civic.

Flare all 4 fenders, go body color on grey bumper and it would be much better but still not my idea of good looking.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks like a EV? It has the typical form of an "eco friendly car".

I would like the front to be one color not two-tone(which died in the 80's). but the look is not that bad.

The front grill is not as aggressive as the current model, which is disappointing as are the curves over the wheel arches. These look a little too disproportionate and 'Korean' for what should be a cutting edge design. I was hoping for the styling to be closer to the CRZ than it is and all in all it's just too 'soft'. The interior looks a little tidier but still retains that distinctive split-level design which works very well. At least the models at launch look like they have a rear wiper - unlike the current model did! ;)

By current i take it you mean the FK/FN

That's the one. I have an '05 model which I'm getting ready to trade/sell for a weekend classic. :sly: The one in that pic is more recent than mine as it has the clear/chrome grill surround.

Not keen on this Civic. Too many styling ideas chucked into the same pot and it's come out like a design where none of the designers talked to each other.

From straight on front or rear it looks okay but any other angle is too busy.

I'd actually now rather have an Insight if we're talking Honda small family cars.

In silhouette it's no different in profile to the previous Civic, so not particularly.

That said, a great number of cars are slowly creeping to that particular shape because it's aerodynamically efficient. Nothing to do with electric cars per se, more to do with general aerodynamics.
