Ive got a car with a brick on the accelerator tires spinning on full revs.
I would think this is the fastest way but is it about Miles driven or is there a faster way??? Thanks

I thought the traditional idea of driving was the quickest.
I doubt GT stacks on the miles for a burnout.

A real car or a GT5 car? If its a real car stop right away! They say in manuals that when running in you shouldnt exceed 3000 revs (or around about).

In GT I think Full running in takes about 200miles (thats what I give them) I never guaged it more accurately. I once tried but got fedup, it means doing short races over and over :grumpy:. At 150 miles the BHP was still rising. After 200 miles it stops rising as far as I can tell. Might be somewhere between 150 and 200 miles.

B-spec the GVS or Laguna enduro overnight, or when you're out at work or school, would probably work best.

SSRX, practice, when the countdown starts, don't touch steering whatsoever, because the game will point you perfectly straight do you don't hit the side walls. Hold the gas. Feel free to rubberband it. When you hit the wall at the turn, restart, repeat, and don't touch the steering. You get about 15 miles each time if I remember correctly.

I B-spec the 9h Tsukuba, before I go to bed and re-take it when I go to work.
That way he's had 18 hours of driving on the car when I come back which leaves for slightly more engine break in to enjoy by yourself.

It takes about 200 miles to break-in a car in GT5. Run the Indy endurance race (A-spec or B-spec) and you have 500 miles in about 2.5 or 3 hours depending on how fast the car is.

You just need to take it for a very, very long test drive. I doubt that burnouts will actually help. In GT5 the car is fully broken in at around 300km of driving, but beware that you will slowly start to permanently lose some bhp afterwards.

I found the most convent way is to just throw it on the dream car cup>circuit De La Sarthe in Bscpec, while your watching tv or whatever.. run that about 5-6 times until you see your horsepower go down instead of up, then leave, change ur oil, then your done!

Do the first endurance race, Grand Valley 300km, in BSpec and it will be fully broken in, and then change the oil.

Arguably one of the fastest methods is find a "Break in your cars" room online in SSRX. At speeds reaching 540kph or more, 2 lap races go by very quickly. So it only takes a couple of races to get it fully broken in.

Actually it takes thousands of miles (12,000 - 15,000?) before the car has a permanent loss of power. Until then an oil change will restore the car to it's maximum power.

Turn volume on TV down, load up SSRX, auto trans, all aids on except ABS, rubber band on right stick up, once a lap adjust before pit entry.

Mull around GTP during the process ;)

I use the B-Spec Indy race. 90 laps, about an hour and half, then your done.

I heard there was a hack to where it'll break your car in for you..... its not hp hack.... someone told me about it but idk how to do it

And I suspect you won't learn here.
