So I've been reading through threads and looking for online rooms in GT5 and always saw "breaking in". Can someone please explain what it means?
jgancherjrA premium car's horsepower ( or standard recieved from a ticket) does not reach its maximum potential horsepower until it has about 200 miles on it..
Is that the case even if oil is changed for those cars?
Yes:
Buy car > change oil > drive 200 miles > change oil > done!
Yes:
Buy car > change oil > drive 200 miles > change oil > done!
I thought you got a higher power output this way:
buy car> drive 200mi> change oil
The first quote sounds like the procedure for a used car, but I thought they were already broken in...?

its funny how much you guys are overthinking it. just change the oil when you buy it, and change the oil after you have been driving for a while.the first oil change isnt really neccesary but you are faster with it.
