Andrew House, the man who helped launched the Playstation 4, has suddenly resigned from his post as Playstation CEO, Sony announced today. House, around the company since before the Playstation's inception, will be replaced by John (Tsuyoshi) Kodera (pictured below).

House helped bring Hideo Kojima's Death Standing to the Playstation 4 as an exclusive, among other acheivements. House will remain as SIE chairman to ensure a smooth transition for the remainder of the year.
