I wasn't directly involved with this race but was in the race (nowhere near as fast as these guys yet) these 3 drivers had such a good race and a really close finish

Awesome race, but online looks only good for the top few. Below that for the majority it's carmageddon. First corner always get bumped from behind, then smashed into in next few. Without a wheel to qualify high, online is unfortunately pretty awful experience way too often.

- Why are wheel users and gamepad matched together ? very unfair. Some of the qualifying times i've seen i have no chance ever matching on the ds4

Setted uses a pad i have no clue how he's so fast though he's alien level territory he's super clean too i know he did crash in this race which makes the finish even more epic

Honestly i love racing against guys faster than me it gives me a goal of someday being just as fast as them and when they're pressuring me from behind it pushes me even further sometimes past my limit but it's still a lot of fun

I think you miss something. In the sport mode you can tune your car. I was first also under the impression that the guys up front were just too fast. Now started with tuning my GR4 car and managed to shave almost 2 seconds of my time on dragon trail with the same ds4 controller.

Heck my son s playing motion control while i prefer stick, but found that with motion control faster times should be possible since the steering is more sensitive. Wheel or ds4, it should not matter, it al depends on car and driver.

Unrelated, but had some awesome races last night, will share one of them later. So much good, clean racing for public matchmaking. Not every race is top notch, but once you get into A/S safety rating people are pretty respectful.

On the wheel vs pad, I’m certain pad is as fast thanks to the motion steering option. I’ve used wheel for years on and off, and feel pretty at home on the ds4 waiting to upgrade to a ps4 compatible wheel..

They are just plain fast, no matter what you give them. They understand how to gain a tenth or two in every corner.
