Bring the realism. Flag marshals and pitboards.

We need flag marshals. I bet the guy with the checkered flag gets really lonely during the marshalling meeting.

We need marshals that wave flags as in real life setup on every corner. This will train us to lookout for flags while driving and will help when we go to the track for real. The two flags we need are yellow and blue at a minimum.

Also we need pitboards. Not those popup pitboards that appear in some games, but actual pitboards you read while driving. Were in the high definition generation of visuals now so there is no reason why this cant be done.

Flag and penalty system just like assetto corsa is also ok. Also can switch on/off semi-transparent car when u get penalty in online

Should be easy as there are "people" walking around during races. Plus, there are already marshalls standing around at corners and straights with nothing to do.
