Hello everyone, this is my 1st post on gtplanet. For acouple months i've been looking through the forums here and though that it would be time to register and contribute. So heres my 1st contribution, a pic of a British Colmbian(Canada), Corvette that is Street Legal and does, i think something like 7.34 @ the 1/4mile. Enjoy and feel free to comment! :D

Looks cool. Do you know what engine it has in it? (I can see it is FI) And is it all motor, or does it have juice?
 
Whooa....cool. Hey thats BC Place! I want to see this car:banghead: Do you know if they have it on display somewhere? Then i can go see it in person:D
 
Now that car is extreamly fast, i do have video of it, but getting 5 mpg with tuning the ECU to run lean a Very highly doubt that car would even feel the street.

Being that you can put collector or QQ tags on the car, almost anything can be street legal with no fuss.

Street legallity has become very harsh in Canada now. The government is coming down on a lot of the old muscle cars and has a special emissions test for them now. Even for my old Cam i had to take a diff kind of Air Care testing and had to blow under a lower level.
 
Now, I'm not one to usually do this, but that picture is very fishy indeed. The words 'photo' and 'shop' immediately spring to mind. Am I right?

EDIT: Oops! I've just read that 87GrandNational has a video of the car, so I was obviously way off the mark with my first comment. :O
 
Ok, now this picture is NOT fake, no photo enhancing software was used and yes it is a real car, its even on www.ridejudge.com and i did see it either 1 or 2 years ago at mission raceway. The ONLY difference of it NOW is that it has a 2foot+ spoiler on it....
BTY, if you still dont beleive it than go on kazaa and type in 7 sec corvette OR mission raceway corvette and see it for yourself!!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ok, one more message, if you have any pics of muscle cars from BC please feel free to share amongst us :D
