Broken Cd =(

I just got a Sharkport off of ebay and opened it and found that both cds were broken. You have to file a report within 10 days of the auction ending or your screwed. Well i got screwed. Does anyone know if i can fix the cds? Both cds are both broken right in half. And if I cant fix them do stores still sell sharkports? Thanks in advance. Can I get the software anywere? if so what about the Ps2 cd LOL
 
There is no way to fix a CD that is broken in half.

What was on the CDs? Are either used in the PS2 or are they both used on the PC?

If they are drivers you can check InterAct's website--I'm sure you can download them there.

If it's a PS2 disc that is broken, you're screwed.
