Broken G27

Hey guys i need a little help here with my g27.

I just bought it because it had a cracked encoder wheel i was like thats the opportunity for a cheap g27. It had a 60 teeth encoder wheel in it so i swapped it with my dfgt's encoder wheel because its literally the same and now the g27 doing this:



What should i do? I think the power supply is fairly new because all the lights works like a bright postlamp. Shall i change the motor with the encoder assembly? Please help!

You might need to position the encoder closer to the sensor (the black one if I remember correctly).
