I'd have thought so. I have 3. One with 0 miles. One with around 5,200 miles and one with 7,500 miles... The only downside is, if your using it for drag (which I believe the OP will be), the lower the miles the better as once they get to around 7,000 miles, they permanently begin to lose 1 hp here and there...

1bhp is not noticeable in an online drag racing lobby, however if you're a top tuner, 1bhp can make up to a 0.005 difference in time which could be the difference between 1st place or not even making the top tenth place on drag leaderboards lol.
