Broken/Ruined Audi R8 V10?

Check the pictures out, I took my R8 V10 to 'The Ring' and whack it around like a Madman. and this 'thing' started to pop out beside the driver side view mirror. What is this?

Looks like a visual damage glitch. If you didn't wreck it (yet) then I don't know what it is.

It's just part of the plastic around the window. The "wonderful" damage modeling made it break.

This is the GT car but you can see the same plastic piece on the window.

Why don't the speedo and tacho work in this car. Seems there's quite a few cars like this. The digital speedo doesn't work in my Camaro RM either.

Don't Know what Audi R8 you've been driving
The Rev and speedo work in both Audi R8 5.2 V10 and R8 4.2 V8 road cars from the dealership. The best Audi R8 Road car is a standard Race version so you can't get in side.
Its Likely Photo mode Disables In car animation.
Edit = The camaro RM does not have a speedo it has rev and Gear and Lap time display.

I don't know which R8 it was, but I painted one and the little vents on the sides of the rear window didn't paint. It looks absolutely terrible. I think it was a standard car, but still. It is too ugly to drive now.

Exactly that happened to me a short while ago, also with an R8 (not sure which one though), just looked in my left mirror in cockpit view after going off the track and actually was impressed with this sort of damage.
Another time something similar happened when I had a full on collision at La Sarthe driving a ZR-1 'Vette whereby the complete bonnet was crumpled and twisted and it actually restricted my view from the cockpit, now that's visual damage which has an impact on gameplay.

In Nürburgring GP/F, you all know the chikane, where if you drive on grass you can jump, try going there with Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 with the standard automatic spoiler, and see it glitch. If first time doesn't work, try again. Your rear must hit ground hard for it to work.

The defects are all in the physical model unless there are some I'm not aware of. You really won't drive the car because the headlights and badges are wrong?

Well I used it for something the other day, but its also not one of my power houses, I use the V8 car i like that one better. the V10 car feels like a neutered Gallardo (which i also have). I have a little bit of a perfectionist type bug in my personality, I dont use the F430 either. Its not the game so to speak its just me.
