Bspec UK lightweight LOL

Just wanted to say that B-spec Bob really sucks at this driving thing it's actually pretty funny. I have a McLaren F1 for this race, racing against what looks like Austin Healy's and yet all he can manage is 6th place. LOL. I tell him to pass and he doesn't pass even though that car has like the amount of power of all other cars combined. I guess I have to give him a slower car or something. I just thought it was funny that's all.
 
Lotus Esprit, nearly 800hp, 2nd. *sigh*
I think the key is to get a lighter, more maneuverable car since the tire restriction is so terrible. I managed a win out of the Esprit but it was close and he kept doing the dumbest things before he would pass anyone. Pull out to pass? Nope! Slam on the brakes. Make a clean pass? Nope! Slam on the brakes a mile and a half before the corner to ensure the other car gets back in. Best place to pass is a straightaway, right? Nope! Pass on the outside of a corner, lose traction from trying to go faster, spin out, let three cars past, continue race and repeat this at the next corner.

The Esprit is one of my favorite cars and my stupid AI driver nearly broke everything off of it. He'll never even look at my Esprit again if I have anything to do with it.
 
My Elise 111R won easily? Slightly modified, full aero package.

yeah thats what I used, pretty easy win, handles like crap but so much power it doesn't matter... Bob pulled so far ahead that he did a 180 in his car, came to a complete stop, waited for everyone to pass him before turning around, and still won!

I used the Jaguar XK13 '66 race car
 
I used my Stealth McLaren F1, it was hilarious.

the problem are the tyres, dont accelerate his rythm too much or he will spin like crazy
 
Did this one last night and he got first in one go. I used the TVR tuscan which i race modified. Always make sure you have the best tyres possible for B spec races and don't overdo the overtake and increase pace commands and he will be fine.
 
he doesnt seem to be capable of a win in the maxed out caterham... while I walked it in a stock tvr t350c or whatever its called, bought it for the paint color, love the massive inline 6 engine. no oil change, stock tires, etc. etc. and I was lapping the field by the end of the race...

meanwhile bob cant manage a win in a 300hp 290kilo supercharged go-kart... he spends all my money having to mod cars for him to be competative damnit, je is worthless exvept for the furai prize car.
 
Tell him to "Pace Down" continuously until he is all the way in the blue.
He will then be able to handle the car decently.
My Bob did it in the McLaren with no problem using this strategy.
 
I used a fullt spec'ed Caterham Fireblade - it still took my Bob 4 attempts...
