From the US V8 Challenge Page (if you're using the same rules):
Rules:
*You must choose from the following cars: BMW M3 coupe '07, Chevrolet Camaro SS '10, Dodge Challenger SRT 8 '08, Ford Mustang '07, Jaguar XKR coupe '10, Lexus IS F '07, Maserati Granturismo S '08, Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG '08. *No race modifications!*
*Cars will have no more than 591 Horsepower and weigh no less than 1420 kg.
*No skid recovery, active steering, tcs, or asm.
*The following modifications must be made: All 3 stages of weight reduction, Window weight reduction, Carbon fiber hood, All 3 stages of engine upgrade, Racing exhaust, Aerodynamic modifications.
*Turbo/Supercharger modifications are not allowed.
*Tires are unrestricted.
*Bumping is a part of racing, however intentionally wrecking another car is not, and will not be tolerated.
*With regards to corner cutting issues anything allowed in a license test will be allowed here.
*Any complaints with regards to somebody breaking the rules shall be sent via Personal Message on GTP to me and include what I should look for and what lap the incedent happened on, so I am sure to keep a close eye for it.
A first offense will most likely result in a warning, but if the outcome of the race is drastically altered, a points penalty can and will be handed out for a first offense.
Drivers' Championship:
The top 14 races from each driver will count toward the drivers' championship
Manufacturers' Championship:
All races completed by each driver will count toward the manufacturers' championship
Points System:
1st 100 points
2nd 80 points
3rd 65 points
4th 55 points
5th 45 points
6th 35 points
7th 25 points
8th 20 points
9th 15 points
10th 10 points
11th 8 points
12th 6 points
13th 4 points
14th 3 points
15th 2 points
16th 1 point
Weight Penalty- top 3 finishers must add corresponding amount of weight for the next race:
1st- 30kg
2nd- 20kg
3rd- 10kg
