Bug in National A Coffee Break?

The second coffee break in National A where you are in 458 to knock down pylons: isn't it supposed to be over when I finish the first lap?

Nothing happens but the time just lapses even after I cross the finish line. I ran another lap over and over only to be stuck in the same situation.

What would be possibly wrong? I wonder if it is a kind of bugs related to the update 1.02. Please help me out!

I just noticed the same. Tried the event 2 days ago but I always missed something. Now after the 1.02 update i tried again. Knocked down all 100 in a decent time, worth at least silver and the race did not end.

Seems like 1.02 broke this race finish line.
 
I noticed this today too when I was just messing around, trying to get the trophy for knocking things over. It must be update related.
 
Thanks guys. I've just read another thread about the "GARG" glitch which steels all of your cars and stars. Hope PD to manage to fix these annoying bugs soon.
