Bug on used car

Hi all, today i've found a bug in the used car dealer, i had alredy in my garage a VW Lupo GTI '01 without oil changed and engine recostruction, 110 HP. Ok today looking in the used car dealer i've noticed a Lupo GTI '01 of 125 HP! Quickly I have intentional to buy it, so bought and after the oil change and engine recostruction i've found that the enginge power was 122 I've changed the oil and make enginge recostruction to other lupo gti and same HP 122. How this can be happen? My used lupo gti had 125hp before tune and after 122? I want back my 125hp Lupo GTI So i think that this is a bug maybe can be happen with other cars too! Here the photo of HP steal!!

It's been like that sense GT2 on used cars.(and some new ones) the Advertised HP and what you actually get aren't always the same.

One of the few things i WILL say in the games credit....Welcome to real life, Dynamometers are not accurate to the exact hp, And with engines being mass produced and having tolerances, Not every engine will output the exact same amount of power. Its not unusual to see a difference of a few hp from car to car of the same make and model.

I've bought the second one (125hp) because 125 > 110 and i hoped that the second one could be more powerful. I've noticed few minutes ago the same issue with another car, so this is not a bug but a feature! The only thing that i want to try is to tune 2 same used cars with different HP!

It's been like that since GT1 on all cars. There's only been a couple of cars in the entire series that have had the same power in the dealership as in your garage.

I'd hoped they'd grown out of it by now. Apparently not.
