This car came in 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the 1926 Targa Florio and was a special model introduced for the famous Italian race. However it's appeal was limited when Grand Prix rule changes capped engine capacity at 2 litres as 13 of these were built.

Specs (http://www.classiccarportraits.co.uk/pages/BugattiType35T.htm)

Engine: 2.3 litre superchraged straight-8
Power: 135hp
0-60: 7 seconds (est)
Top Speed: 120mph (est)

The Type 35, from what I remember, is said to have won over 1000 races during its lifetime, everything from street races to hillclimbs.

Distal years, rather than proximal, thanks. Now amended.

12-16 of these would produce some seriously fun racing on Côte D'azur or the Nurburgring Nordschleife.

Type 35s were some of the most successful race cars ever made (if not the most successful), and often regarded as some of the most beautiful race cars as well. Very light weight and agile.

Imagine trying to drift in this thing. But anything is possible in the world of GT, I guess.

It would probably slide pretty well in the corners, but to actually drift it you might need to install a limited slip differential.
