just read this article in which VW claims that they have already done over 400 kph (248.5 mph).

does anybody know more?

Nope, and not as bothered as I would have been one year ago. Waiting for the Veyron to come was a bit like waiting for GT4, only without as much of an "Oh my god, it's here" factor since theres less than 0.0% chance of me ending up with one.
