While porting designs/liveries from FH5 and also creating a couple of new ones I noticed that a lot of of cars actually have bugged meshes and/or maps. This seems to mainly (only?) concern 3D models that have been ported from FH5. I've looked at more than 100 cars in some detail now and would say that at least about 10% have one or the other problem. Not only my guess is that this could have something to do with the new feature to paint the windows. It seems something possibly went wrong during the rework.
Some of these bugs only show up depending on the detail level (may be visible in ultra but not high etc.) or in forzavista/photomode but not in freeroam or vis versa. They sometimes also only become visible after changing the colour type or after applying a vinyl.
Here are some examples with links to their respective reports in the new feedback portal. It could be helpful if you'd take the time to cast a vote over there.

I think you got the picture.
Now we've a couple of problems. The obvious ones like at least the visible impacts. I say "at least the visible" because a not completely closed 3D mesh can cause performance issues and in the worst case even a crash but at this point I can't say that's what we're looking at here.
Then there's the issue of how these issues will get addressed or if they actually ever will be? Knowing how T10/PGG handles things it's not unimaginable that we'll get a "will not fix because..." message in one and a half years. At the moment they clearly don't care as none of the respective reports (requests they call them) got a match (meaning the report got assigned to a staff member) and I'm not talking only about my ones.
To me it actually seems like they're deliberately silent and possibly trying to swipe this issue under the rug. That's also because I'd started a similar thread on the official forums but short before it got closed the thread got "delisted" which means it still existed but wasn't visible as topic anymore. I can just assume this was done to hide it from internet archives and such.
I don't know what else to write but they clearly messed up big time here and fixing this mess would take resources they presumably don't really have.
