I read the Time magazine yesterday and found this article about a site called bugmenot.com which lets you bypass logins for various websites by finding a username and password that is already registered or by someone making a username and then submitting it to the site. is it possible that someone using that site could log on to GTP using one of our usernames? If this sounds like total nonsense and there is no way of the above happening, mods can close the thread.

You make an account, you give the username and password to bugmenot, they store it in their database, users get the username/password and log-in. Unless you submit your account details to them, you've got nothing to worry about.

Shannon is correct, you must submit your own login details to bugmenot.com before their users will have access to your account.

Oh ok, thanks alot. I see now. Only if I were to give them my account info they could get on. 👍 thanks for the clarification.
