On 2nd of May, in a little known corner of the world called Texas, RM auctions is going to hold " Andrews Collection". This car is going to be there.
It has no reserve. Soooo technically even plebs like you and I can bid for it. Tempted? Me? Hell yeah, I am.
The lot belongs to father & son duo of Paul and Chris Andrews, who amassed a tidy 100 or so cars over the years.
Info itself is pretty thin on this car, but as far as I can gather, it has a vintage 70s 7.5 V8 chucking out 460+ horses and 510 foot pound of torque to the rear wheels.
Before you wonder who exactly made this piece of wonder, it's Buick themselves. Even though it's being labelled as a 1996, it was actually created in early 2000s (can't exactly pin the date down).
It is built with various bits of Buick cars from 1930s all the way up to the 80s, making this seriously novel one-off.
It fetched a rather modest $522,000 back in 2009 during GM's fire sale. Which is paltry, seeing that this car's real value is difficult to judge properly.
With its 4 speed slushbox, it's claimed to do 0 to 60 in maybe 5 seconds.
Even RM Auction's page for this car has ZERO info on it. Sigh. Makes my job that much harder.
I'm gonna slap the link for the Andrews Collection and the lot listing. There are a few hidden gems in there, and if something catches your eye, feel free to make a thread for it.

As always, if you "stumble" across any info, I'd really appreciate it. Cheers!!
