What? I know that you're from Malaysia, but could you please try to make your posts a little more readable.

I dont think this games will be good, i bought the 1st one and rented the 2nd one, what a waste of money, stupid time pisses me off and u can bareley go a couple feet until you hit something.............errrr if this game could be good it would need free run, more vehicles and an option for simulation-like driving pyshics

I want to answer this for him to simply so I don't have to see "y" instead of "why" and "c" instead of "see."

His avatar cars are from Kaido 2. They're a majority of the D1 cars - full sponsers and all.

As for you not liking this series. You're looking for something out of this game/series that it does not/cannot/will not offer. The Burnout series offers something that most other racing games cannot give - gnarly crashes and and emphasis on dirty driving.

If you didn't like 1 or 2 (nothing wrong with that, mind you - this series is not for everyone), then 3 will not be your cup of tea.

I talked to one of the developers from Criterion and she told me that one of the cooler things that made it into 3 is that the AI has been given a "mentality reversal." Instead of avoiding you and trying to finish the race, they'll now be gunning to take you out of the race.

I played this game and was impressed and quite surprised. I picked up 1 and 2 and had a good time with. With the third installment, the races are more intense and feel a lot faster and the crashes are even more destructive.

I dont think it looks all that good. I never have tried Burnout or Burnout 2 so I dont know. I might rent Burnout 3 though, might give it a chance. Other than that I dont see Burnout 3 to be my cup of tea either.

The crashes were pretty wicked - I remember hearing a lot of crowd reaction when I would turn a corner and run smack into a barrier or when I would ram a car into an oncoming bus or something. It was flat out fun, IMHO.

And every crash that you cause or make yourself turns into a slow motion replay - here's the kicker to that:

If you manage to crash your own car, the game gives you a limited amount of spin control to your car - giving you the ability to position your car in the path of one of the oncoming racers. If they crash into your car while you are still in your slow motion crash, you get a take down bonus.

I loved BurnOut 2...

And I think it should get some respect as a arcade racer.. I mean it is a arcade racer at its finest... Arcade racing (in my opinion) should me something out of the ordinary.... Burn Out 2 had many different tracks insane jumps and INSANE CRASHES!! I think it defined arcade racing really well... (I also love Midnight Club 2 cus of that):D
