Okay this is weird but more than likely its been posted here before (search didn't find anything) - if so then please lock this topic!

I won the Mitsubishi FTO LM Edition (black) today and on the prize car screen it looked pretty darn good, and the red wheels made it look even better.

However when i clicked on it in the garage it had these gold wheels on it. :confused: :odd:
There's no wheels in the whole wheel section which match the ones in the first post. :(

Interesting... What appears when you actually go racing? You may just be stuck with gold, I can't even begin to explain why they were red initially though, that's odd.

Yeah, I think the Altezza LM does the same thing. I just one that one and it had some pretty nice wheels on it, but then changed. I haven't the foggiest idea why though.

I don't know if you can hybrid that sort of thing but it's the only way I can think of to at least check what's going on and fiddle with it. It's a bit hard to tell with that pic, is the physical design of the rims different too or just colour?
 
Yeah they are 'spikey' sorts of wheels - like the BBS ones. Look HEAPS better.

And back to relevant-land...

Several race AND road cars have different wheels on the prize car screen to those in the garage. There is, as far as I know, no way to hybrid STOCK wheels onto other cars - even when they come on different coloured variants of the car (the FTO has 4 different colours of alloys to my knowledge, dependant on body colour. The black car always wears gold wheels).
 
I always used either the titanium, or the green colored FTO LM Race Car. I never knew the black one had gold wheels.
 
The red one has red wheels, the black one has gold wheels. The "silver" one has nice chrome/blue wheels. I think the blue and green ones run on red wheels, but I don't recall entirely. The white one I forget totally. Yellow one is on black wheels.
